More than 60 participants from nine nations attended the conference. The event covered a broad scope and offered the opportunity to discuss both fundamental research and practical approaches in grassland management. At the conferences closing day, ex-cursions took place to the SUSALPS experimental areas in Fendt and on the Brunnenkopfalm.
